PDO Threads

PDO Threads are fine threads made of polydioxanone (PDO) material that are inserted into the skin using a special needle. • Avoid strenuous exercise or high impact activities for 24 hours.
• Avoid taking anti-inflammatory medications, such as ibuprofen or aspirin, for 48 hours.
• Avoid touching, massaging, or pushing on the area of injection.
• Avoid sleeping on your face for at least a week.
• Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 2 weeks.
• Use a cold compress to reduce swelling and discomfort.
• Avoid any facial treatments such as waxing, facials, and laser treatments for 4 weeks.
• Use sunscreen with SPF 40 or higher when outdoors.
• Keep your head elevated when sleeping.
• Avoid drinking alcohol for 24 hours.
